As you may already know, most agents represent the seller. Whether you meet them at an open house, or if they drive you around to look at houses, unless they have a written contract with you, they are legally bound to get the seller the highest price for their home.

I'm different. I don't take any listings so I will never represent a seller. I know it may seem weird that I don't have my signs out in front yards and I don't mail you a bunch of postcards every time I sell a home, but I actually focus on helping my clients buy their dream homes. In fact, I work at a company where every agent focuses on helping buyers and we never take listings.
