The first time I heard the word “xeriscaping” as a landscaping philosophy, I thought it was “zeroscaping,” which is my own personal technique. Wow, had my yard gone mainstream? Not so much.

People come to me for help finding and purchasing a home. Usually they’ve heard about me through one of my past clients who purchased a home with my assistance. What they don’t realize is that a majority of my time is spent telling people NOT to buy homes.
