Mandatory Radon Testing for Montgomery County Home Sellers?

Smoking is the number one cause of lung cancer and exposure to radon is the second leading cause. The Montgomery County Council is considering a bill that will require home sellers to test their homes for radon before selling their homes. It would make this the first county in the United States to have such a mandate. Here are some things to consider.

Late last night before I went to bed, I heard the reports that Lance Armstrong was going to stop fighting his doping allegations and would be stripped of his seven Tour de France wins. This news made me really sad. This question of ethics is huge for me and it made me wake up quite a bit sadder this morning.
