Four Bedroom Center Hall Tudor in Crestwood

When a young family had their second child, they knew it was time to leave their downtown condo and find a single family home. We began their search in the upper Northwest quadrant of DC and saw many beautiful homes with pretty lots. We also saw many that were not cared for in a long time.

When we found this house, it was a bit…medieval. The rooms had dark walls and elaborate light fixtures, which may have scared some people away. The thing that attracted us to the home was the sellers’ attention to detail that let us know how much they loved and cared for this home.
