When I began working with this buyer, he was looking for a property that was walking distance to the metro in two very different neighborhoods. The first was the area around the Friendship Heights Metro Station on the border of DC and Maryland. The second was the area around the Pentagon City Metro Station in Arlington, Virginia.  So, it was a bit surprising when he started focusing in on the Silverton Condominium in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Another great thing about the Silverton is that they allow dogs, something that is not very common.
