A Sad Day for Lance Armstrong and Ethics Everywhere

Late last night before I went to bed, I heard the reports that Lance Armstrong was going to stop fighting his doping allegations and would be stripped of his seven Tour de France wins. This news made me really sad. This question of ethics is huge for me and it made me wake up quite a bit sadder this morning.

Here Comes the Rain Again

I know that sellers and listing agents prefer to have Open Houses when the weather is beautiful and the sun is filling each room of the home or condo with natural light, but as an exclusive buyer agent, I prefer to show homes during rain storms.
