Have you ever wondered how much the condo fees are in the condo building right near the metro? Or if a building allows pets? Or has clothes washers or dryers in the units? Or parking?

After many months of research and development Lisa Velenovsky, Bettina Stern, and I have launched a new web site that could be Bethesda’s “Yelp” for condo buyers. It is BuyBethesdaCondos.com.

We developed it because Bethesda has so many great walkable neighborhoods, many of which tend to have a high concentration of condo buildings and we wanted to make it easy for potential home buyers to get the answer to their most common questions.

Visit BuyBethesdaCondos.com for descriptions of all condo buildings in Bethesda along with the details about parking, laundry, pets, fees, and amenities. Each condo also has a live blog where you can leave feedback about the buildings so future condo buyers can benefit from your insights.

The site is divided into four Bethesda Neighborhoods: Downtown Bethesda, Grosvenor / Strathmore, Westlake / Montgomery Mall, and Westlake / Kenwood.  Each neighborhood has a page that highlights the grocery stores, schools, transportation and lists all of the condos in that area.
