When I went away to college my freshman year, my father made me a great little tool box from the tool collection I had at home. It turned out I was the only person (not the only woman, the only person) in my dormitory to have any tools at all. That is when I realized I was a “tool girl.”

Here Comes the Rain Again

I know that sellers and listing agents prefer to have Open Houses when the weather is beautiful and the sun is filling each room of the home or condo with natural light, but as an exclusive buyer agent, I prefer to show homes during rain storms.
